About College
Silver Arts and Science College situated on top of a scenic hillock near the bustling town of Perambra was established in 2010. It is the first educational institution to function under the self-financing system in Perambra, and the college is affiliated to the University of Calicut. For the last 12 years the institution has been proving itself as a force to be reckoned with in the field of education by providing opportunities to the students for exploring their innate potentials. Silver Arts and Science College strives to provide students with an intellectual, cultural and scientific foundation for academic and professional education. We envisage to nurture a vibrant young generation by creating a learning environment which ensures respect, diversity and self awareness. The objective is to equip all our students with the knowledge, skills, attitude and values that would be necessary for the success in their future endeavours. The array of courses available at the college is suitable for moulding the youngsters to face the contemporary competitive world. We value the calibre of every individual and encourages them to flourish in their studies and career.
Our college offers 3 Post-Graduate and 7 Under-Graduate programmes. To facilitate the over-all growth of students, we also provide opportunities for extracurricular activities, in the form of various clubs and social organizations like the National Service Scheme (NSS).Through the activities of the clubs, the technical, social, literary and cultural skills of the students can be developed.
