Silver Arts and Science College is run by Karma Charitable Trust, a registered educational charitable society formed by educationists, expatriate benefactors, and academics of Perambra and its surroundings. Academic experts, scholars, and leaders in cultural and social avenues lead the college to its better prospects. The day-to-day administration is taken care of by the executive committee under the Trust.
